Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 17, 2026. Last updated: October 17, 2026.
1. Who we are
NextGen Medical Solutions, LLC ("NextGen," "we," "us") is a medical distribution company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We don't provide direct patient care. This policy explains how we handle information collected through nextgenmedsolutions.com (the "Site"). The Site and our products are intended for licensed healthcare providers and their staff.
2. Don't send patient information through the Site
The Site, its forms and our general email aren't designed to receive protected health information. Please don't submit patient names, dates of birth, diagnoses, images or other patient details. If we receive patient information through the Site by mistake, we delete it promptly and handle it under our internal procedures.
3. Information we collect
Information you give us through forms: our contact form collects your first and last name, practice name, role, work email, phone and state, and whether you choose to receive occasional product and company updates by email. Our Get Started form (hosted by Typeform) may also ask about your organization type, approximate number of wound-care patients per month (an aggregate number only), your role in product selection and your practice stage.
Login activity: if we give you an account or portal login, we collect your login activity, such as your username or account email, the dates and times you sign in, and the actions you take in your account.
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and dates and times of visits, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 6). If you arrive from one of our ads, we also capture the campaign details in the ad link (the UTM values utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content) so we can tell which ads brought you to the Site. These values describe the ad, not you.
Information from others: we may receive lead details from our marketing agency, and we may check public provider directories, such as the NPPES NPI registry, to verify that you represent a licensed provider.
4. How we use information
To respond to inquiries; verify that you represent a licensed provider; set up and manage accounts; process and ship orders; send transactional messages; send marketing emails or texts only if you've opted in; understand which of our ads bring visitors to the Site; operate, secure and improve the Site; and comply with the law.
5. How we share information
We share information with service providers that act on our behalf, including our website host (Wix.com), our form provider (Typeform), our scheduling provider (Calendly), our CRM (Wix Contacts), email and text-messaging providers, analytics provided by Wix and our marketing agency. Our Get Started and Thank You pages use the Meta pixel and a tracking script from GoFunnel, which send limited information about visits to those pages to Meta and GoFunnel, as described in section 6. We also share information with manufacturers and carriers as needed to fulfill orders shipped to your practice, with professional advisers, when required by law, and in a business transfer. We do not sell personal information in exchange for money.
6. Cookies, analytics and advertising pixels
We use cookies that the Site needs to work, set by our website platform, Wix. We also use analytics provided by Wix to understand how the Site is used. Our Get Started form is hosted by Typeform, which may set its own cookies. These providers may collect information about your visit, such as your IP address, device and browser details and pages viewed, and may collect information about your online activities over time on the Site. See our Cookie Notice for details and for how to manage cookies in your browser.
Our Get Started and Thank You pages use the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms) and a tracking script from GoFunnel for advertising and form-funnel measurement. These tools may set or read cookies and receive standard technical information from your browser, such as your IP address, device and browser details, the page address and cookie identifiers, and may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites, as described in their own privacy policies. They are not currently used on our other pages, including our Contact page. Do not enter patient information in any form. You can manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings and cookies in your browser.
We don't send your form answers in any web address.
The Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
