Cookie Notice
Effective date: October 17, 2026.

This Cookie Notice explains how NextGen Medical Solutions, LLC ("NextGen," "we," "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on nextgenmedsolutions.com (the "Site"). It should be read with our Privacy Policy. The Site is intended for licensed healthcare providers and their staff.

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in a comparable way. They help a site run, remember your settings and show the site owner how the site is used.

Cookies we use
Cookies the Site needs to work. Our website platform, Wix, sets cookies that the Site needs to function. These support things like page loading, site security, keeping the Site stable under heavy traffic and remembering your session or choices. The Site doesn't work properly without them.
Analytics. We use analytics provided by Wix to understand how the Site is used, for example which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive and what type of device and browser they use. We use this to improve the Site.
Advertising and funnel measurement. Our Get Started and Thank You pages use the Meta pixel and a tracking script from GoFunnel. They may set or read cookies and receive standard technical information from your browser, such as your IP address, device and browser details, the page address and cookie identifiers, and may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites, as described in their own privacy policies. They are not currently used on our other pages, including our Contact page. You can manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings and cookies in your browser.
Embedded services. Some pages embed services from other providers, such as the Typeform form on our Get Started page. Those providers may set their own cookies. Their use of information is described in their own privacy policies.

Information from cookies
Cookies and similar technologies may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page and the dates and times of your visits. If you arrive from one of our ads, the Site also records the campaign details in the ad link (UTM values). These values describe the ad, not you.

No patient information
We don't collect patient information through cookies, and the Site is not designed to receive it. Please don't send patient details through our forms or email. See our Privacy Policy for more.

How to manage cookies
You can control cookies in your web browser. Most browsers let you see which cookies are stored, delete some or all of them, and block cookies from all sites or from particular sites. The menu names differ by browser. Look for "Settings," "Privacy" or "Cookies," or use your browser's help page:
Google Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies (or Cookies and other site data).
Apple Safari: Settings (or Preferences) > Privacy.
Mozilla Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data.
Microsoft Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions.
If you block or delete cookies the Site needs to work, parts of the Site, including forms, may not work as expected. Deleting cookies also removes any choices you saved. Your browser settings apply only to that browser and device, so repeat them on each one you use. Some browsers also offer a "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" setting. The Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
