Our commitment
NextGen Medical Solutions, LLC is committed to making nextgenmedsolutions.com (the "Site") usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation or magnification.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is an ongoing effort, not a guarantee. We can't promise that every page or feature meets that standard at all times.
What we do
We work to:
- Aim to use clear headings and a logical page structure.
- Aim to add text descriptions (alt text) to meaningful images.
- Aim to provide readable text sizes and sufficient color contrast.
- Aim to label form fields and keep forms usable by keyboard.
- Aim to review new content for accessibility before we publish it, and fix problems we find.
- Aim to make good use of the accessibility features of our website platform, Wix.
Known limitations
Accessibility work is never finished, and some parts of the Site may be harder to use than others. In general:
- Some content comes from other providers, such as embedded forms and scheduling tools, and we have limited control over how accessible it is.
- Documents provided by manufacturers, such as instructions for use (IFUs), may not be fully accessible.
- Older or newly added content may not yet meet our goal.
If you run into any of these, please tell us and we'll help another way.

Please tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, the problem you found, and the browser or assistive technology you use, if you're comfortable sharing it. Don't include any patient information. We'll review every report, aim to respond promptly, and can offer information in another format or help you complete a request by email. We use your feedback to improve the Site.
